Refund policy
Returns
- All returns must be returned and received within 30 days of delivery.
- A RMA is needed prior to shipping back.
- Product must be unused and be in our original packaging.
- Once a refund is granted you will be notified and refund issued.

- Anything labeled As-Is or No return, these items also have no warranty.
- Any items damaged, missing parts, or not in like new or resaleable condition
Refunds
- Once item is received, product will be inspected and tested withing 72 hours. Once item is determined to be in new condition and working properly refund will be issued.
- Any data, software or anything returned with the products will not be returned.
- Any item returned with free shipping charges will have a flat $15 or the actual shipping charges, whichever is greater, deducted from the refunded amount.
Warranty Claims
- Any products that are defective must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Any product that is defective maybe repaired, replaced, substitute part shipped to customer, or partial refund issued.
- Any item returned for a warranty claim will be tested. If no issues or defects are found, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges to return the item back to them.
- Any items that are not claimed, or shipping arranged within 14 days, item will be considered abandoned and subject to be discarded.
- All controllers purchased thru holidaysupplyshop.com are warrantied for residential use only. For Commercial use, please reach out to info@holidaysupplyshop.com.
Damaged in Shipping
- All items are securely packaged prior to being picked up by carrier. All damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. It is highly recommended that you take photos or video of the packaging prior to opening if you suspect damage to the products inside. If you can, open the boxes with the delivery driver still present. If the damage is severe, consider refusing the shipment all together. All shipments are insured, and damage to the boxes is the responsibility of the carrier, but there are specific reporting procedures to follow to ensure they pay for any damages.
- Any items damaged in shipping will get replacement items once the shipping company has issued payment for the damaged items.
Free Shipping
- Any item returned with free shipping charges will have a flat $15 or the actual shipping charges, whichever is greater, deducted from the refunded amount.
Restocking Fees
- Any items returned are subject to restocking fees. These fees can range from to 0% to 20%. This will be determined when the item is received and inspected.
Shipping
- When shipping items back, it is recommended that items are shipped with tracking numbers and insurance. Any item shipped to us will not be considered returned unless received by our staff.
- If you need to return a product, please contact us because returns will require an RMA number. Please include the RMA inside and outside of the box.
Price Matching
- There is no price matching policy. All pricing is final once the item is paid for.
